About Me

Jane Goyder is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists
She writes: I believe strongly in the ability of reflexology to deliver relief and act beneficially over many different symptoms and conditions. I have worked with clients across a wide range of age and conditions, including migraine, brain injury, irritable bowel syndrome, sleep disorders, asthma, muscular pain. By experience I have learnt that while each case is different, all can benefit from the deep relaxation and lowering of stress levels that reflexology brings.
Each treatment session is adapted to the individual symptoms and needs of each client. At the same time each session aims to promote deep relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. It aims to leave clients refreshed, 'walking on air with a tingle in the feet'.

Reflexology at Work

Stressed or pressurised employees make more mistakes, have increased customer complaints and have high levels of burn-out.
A Jane Goyder ‘Wellbeing Day’ will minimise the impact of stress and work related anxiety. Companies will save money through reduced sick days and more productive employees.

Each 20 minute session is designed to leave employees refreshed with improved concentration. Staff will get the most benefit without becoming too deeply relaxed.
Sessions are booked 30 minutes apart and there is a minimum of four sessions per day. Jane Goyder will supply all the necessary equipment, and the only requirement for the company is a quiet area for the treatment and a list of employees requiring reflexology.
